If you wear glasses — even just occasionally for distance, or readers — you would need a prescription version from your eye doctor. Contact lens wearers can still wear TechSpecs for added comfort during screen time, as long as each eye is corrected properly. People whose prescriptions are written identically in both eyes for convenience (instead of accounting for small differences) may not experience the full benefit.
